Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, assist with order processing, and act as a key point of contact between our customers and internal teams. This role requires problem-solving skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a proactive approach to managing customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed.
- Provide information about Clear Label’s products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.

- Proficiency with basic computer software, including MS Office.
