• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Experience with cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Ability to upsell products and provide recommendations based on customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
