• Typical Weekly Structure (one week/month):

  • 3 4 days of 24-hour call

  • 1 outpatient clinic day (8:00 AM 4:00 PM)

  • 3 4 more days of 24-hour call

  • Clinic day ideally falls mid-week

• OR Access: Available for cases as needed

• Practice Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient

• Support Staff: Yes (includes clinical and OR support)

• Patient Volume: patients per shift

• Department Beds: 5

• Patient Demographics: Adults

• Trauma Level: IV

• EMR: Epic

Required Skills:

• General Adult Urology

• Advanced Endoscopic Techniques

• Ureteroscopy

• TRUS Biopsies

• Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)

• Board Certification: Required

• License: Active WA License or IMLC accepted

• Fellowship: Preferred (not required)

• Certifications: BLS
