Key Responsibilities:

• Perform urologic procedure as needed

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and manage treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified/Eligible in Urology

• Active or eligible Connecticut medical license

• Excellent surgical and diagnostic skills, with a patient-centered approach
