Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult, OB, and healthy pediatric cases
Setting: Level 2 Trauma Center, OR, OB, CVICU
Responsibilities:

• 8 12 weeks/year in CVICU with home call coverage

• General OR coverage, OB, and healthy peds cases during remaining weeks

• Shared OR call proportionate to ICU time

• Teaching and protocol development
  Required Procedures: General anesthesia, CVICU care, OB anesthesia
  EMR System: Epic
  Support Staff: APPs, surgical and ICU teams
  Days Per Month: Negotiable
  On-Call/Weekends:

• Home call during ICU service weeks

• Weekend rotation as per ICU/OR schedule

Submission Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology Required

• Michigan License or Willing to Obtain Required

• Fellowship-Trained in Critical Care Medicine Required

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA (or willing to obtain) Required

• Current COVID and flu vaccinations Required

• Clean malpractice and license history Required

• Note visa requirements (J1/H1B) Required
