Cardiology - Interventional Physician

Contract Length: Ongoing

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Call: Nightly call when covering + STEMI call required
• Coverage Need:
  • Up to 40 hours/week
  • Coverage needed every other month and for vacation coverage

• Hospital & Clinic-based practice
• Academic/teaching environment
• Telemedicine opportunities available
• Hospital Size: 270 beds
• EMR: Epic

• Specialty: Interventional Cardiology
• Patient Volume: 18 patients per day
• Patient Population: Adults ( years old)

• Right & Left Heart Catheterization (R/LHC)
• Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
• Balloon Angioplasty
• Intra-aortic Balloon Pump (IABP)
• Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS)

• Outpatient: Dedicated clinical team
• Inpatient: Assigned APP
• Cath Lab: Full support staff

• Board Certification: BC in Interventional Cardiology
• License: Active state license required
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: ACLS & BLS required
• Experience: Prior interventional cardiology experience required

• Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
• Temporary Privileges: Available with clean file
