Coverage Needed

• June 1, 2026 - Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Coverage Type: Scheduled + On Call (optional)
• Call Schedule: 24-hour call, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM

Clinical Details

• Primarily outpatient with inpatient consults, procedures, and post-op rounding as needed
• Approximately 20 patients per provider per day
• Level III Trauma Center
• OR block 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM with no case limit
• Adult patients only (18+)
• Limited robotic availability; typically not available on urology days
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: 1 FT Provider, 2 LPNs, 2 CNA/CMAs, 1 Patient Representative

Requirements

• Must have NY License in hand
• Epic Experience
• Must be Board Certified
• Ensure work history is up to date with no gaps of 30+ days
• If malpractice is involved, dismissed or not, a physician statement is required
• Life Saving Certs: BLS
