You will work alongside experienced physicians and three Advanced Practitioners. Large referral base and immediate patient load awaits! Income Guarantee (Years 1-2) / Annual Draw (Year 3+): $325,000. Compensation per wRVU ("Greater Of" Y1-Y2, Pure Productivity Y3+): $57. Sign on Bonus: $60,000 (amortized over 3 years). Student Loan Assistance: $50,000 (amortized over 5 years). APP Supervision: $5,000 per 1.0 FTE. PTO: 32 Days. Seeking an experienced Rheumatologist who will take a lead role in the setup and development of a general rheumatology practice Full-time hospital employed position, Schedule: Monday-Friday.
