• $220,000+ base salary with production & quality incentives from day one
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer

• 85% outpatient / 15% inpatient mix build relationships while maintaining clinical variety
• Flexible 36-hour workweek (includes one evening) designed for sustainability

• Practice across modern sites in Morris, Channahon, Marseilles, Ottawa, and Diamond-Coal City
• Access to on-site specialty care, advanced imaging, and cardiology services
  

You ll be joining a group that genuinely works well together people who help each other out, share the workload, and care about doing right by their patients.

• Level II Perinatal Care Center with dedicated OR, 8 LDRP rooms , and 4 NST/Triage rooms
• 600 deliveries annually with strong OB/GYN collaboration
• Pediatricians respond within 30 minutes
• Tertiary affiliation with Loyola University Medical Center for higher-acuity care
• Strong referral relationships with Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists
