In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Responsibilities Join us and contribute to the development of AI‑driven solutions in a client delivery environment, working with modern machine learning techniques and data‑driven approaches.
This role focuses on data analysis, model development, and applying machine learning to solve business problems.
You will work alongside engineers and stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights and support the development of intelligent solutions.
Analyzing and exploring data to identify patterns and insights
Developing and training machine learning models
Performing feature engineering and model validation
Applying NLP techniques to process structured and unstructured data
Supporting the translation of business requirements into data solutions
Contributing to model evaluation and explainability
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a delivery environment
Required Education Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Education Master’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
2+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
Strong knowledge of
Python
and data analysis libraries
Experience with
machine learning frameworks
(Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience with
data analysis and statistical methods
Understanding of
machine learning model development and evaluation
Experience with
NLP techniques
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working in Agile environments
Comfortable using
English in a professional environment
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Exposure to
Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience with
Explainable AI techniques
Experience working with
cloud environments
Familiarity with
data visualization tools or reporting
German or French knowledge is a plus
