Sales Commissions Systems and Data Analyst

Reporting to the Director of Sales Incentives, this role will collaborate with the Go‑To‑Market (GTM) team and cross‑functional partners to help ensure accurate and efficient commission processes that align with business goals.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and interest in working with systems and data.
What You'll Do
Support the administration and maintenance of CaptivateIQ, including commission processes and workflows
Assist in the accurate and timely calculation and distribution of commission payments
Identify opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy within commission systems
Build and maintain reports and dashboards, including performance tracking and plan reporting
Support commission modeling and reporting deliverables
Assist with SOX compliance and accrual reporting processes
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and support special projects as needed
Help manage commission‑related inquiries and ensure timely resolution
Provide basic system support and guidance to stakeholders using CaptivateIQ
Partner with the commission team to support process improvements and operational efficiency
Support Customer Growth and Retention (CGR) operations in Salesforce, including data validation, updates, and routine audits
Assist in responding to CGR‑related inquiries and help ensure consistent application of policies
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
2+ years of relevant experience in finance, sales operations, commissions, or a related area
Exposure to commission processes or sales incentive programs is a plus
Experience with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce; familiarity with CaptivateIQ or similar tools is a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Pay Range Annual Base Salary: $75,000 – $94,000 USD. This range represents the expected annual base salary for this position; On‑Target Earnings (OTE) includes base and commission earnings.
