**Responsibilities:*** Possess excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.* Able to work in a timely, accurate and cost effective manner with strong attention to detail.* Lead the civil engineering design effort for projects, involving:+ Design and development of paving and grading layouts.+ Design and coordinated surface and foul networks.+ Coordinate underground utilities for the site with other disciplines.+ Develop earthworks analysis and drawings for site development.+ Engage with internal discipline leads to agree scope definition.+ Manage and report on your progress and budget.+ Manage the delivery of the civil engineering drawings and deliverables.* Contribute to the continuous development of the civil engineering department.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.* At least 8 years of project experience.* Experience in pharmaceutical projects or other industrial type developments.* Chartered Civil Engineering qualification preferred.* Underground utility routing and site space planning.* Hydrology analysis for designing storm drain systems.* Analysing and designing gravitational wastewater systems.* Performing final grading plans including cut and fill analysis and earthwork balancing.* Support permit application process.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Strong interpersonal skills.**About NRL**
