Our client is a leading contractor delivering complex, large-scale industrial and advanced manufacturing projects across Ireland. With a strong presence in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, data centres, and high-tech manufacturing, they are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to support major builds in the Leixlip region.

As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for leading procurement strategy and supply chain management across large industrial construction projects. You will play a critical role in ensuring materials, plant, and subcontract packages are sourced competitively, delivered on time, and aligned with project and commercial objectives.

This is a high-impact role suited to someone with strong experience in construction procurement, particularly within complex or fast-paced project environments.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for major industrial construction projects
  
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract award
  
• Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure performance, quality, and value
  
• Collaborate closely with commercial, project, and engineering teams to align procurement with project timelines
  
• Drive cost savings and value engineering initiatives across the supply chain
  
• Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities within the construction supply chain
  
• Ensure compliance with company governance, contractual, and regulatory requirements
  
• Manage procurement budgets, reporting, and forecasting
  
• Support risk management, including supply chain resilience and contingency planning

• Degree-qualified in Procurement, Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
  
• 7–10+ years’ experience in procurement within construction or large-scale industrial projects
  
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, subcontract packages, and supply chain dynamics
  
• Experience working on large industrial, pharma, semiconductor, or data centre projects (highly desirable)
  
• Proven track record of delivering cost-effective procurement solutions on complex xcfaprz builds
  
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-value project environment
