Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls, following up with leads, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support the growth of Bona Furtuna’s customer base. This is a salaried positioned $45,000-$65,000, bonus structure, and may qualify for benefits after 60 days, depending on qualifications. Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous CPG experience Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and account management Ability to analyze sales trends, monitor market opportunities, and meet targets Experience with CRM and inventory software and familiarity with digital sales tools Self-driven, highly organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Prior experience in the natural and organic products, is a plus
