Your future duties and responsibilities
Engage with business partners to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend technical solutions.
Design and implement enterprise Data and Analytics solutions for unique and complicated enterprise business problems.
Develop, document, and implement data models for transactional systems and/or reporting solutions, ETL for analytics solutions and data migrations, and data analytic and reporting solutions such as PowerBI or Tableau.
Contribute to estimation for project tasks.

Demonstrated ability to recognize business needs, analyze requests, and recommend solid technical solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of clients, team members, managers, and domain experts.

Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, and steadfast attention to detail.
Experience developing enterprise, full lifecycle Data and Analytic solutions with hands‑on experience in one or more of the following: SQL, ETL, data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or Computer Information Systems (MIS or CIS) or related degree required.
Desired qualifications / Non‑essential skills
Hands‑on experience building end‑to‑end data and analytics solutions in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL, reporting, and analytics.
Experience building and designing reporting and transactional models in various database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, AWS RDS, RedShift, PostgresSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake.
Experience planning and conducting complex data migrations.
Understanding of Master Data Management tools and processes.
Software development experience in languages such as Java, .NET, or Python.
Experience with front‑end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, and/or Javascript.
Experience building AI solutions or leveraging AI in software development.
Experience leading small teams of 1 to 3 people.
