Job Description
Im not looking for everyone. Im looking for people who can show up, knock doors, and do the job the right way.
This is door-to-door appointment setting for attic inspections. You generate your own opportunities. If you can talk to homeowners, follow a script, and stay consistent, youll do well here.
If you cant you wont last. And thats fine.
How the pay works
- $1,200 per sale when your appointment closes average
- Our team closes about 1 out of every 4 appointments
- Most solid reps make around $1,500 a week
- The right person can earn $150k$250k a year
You dont get hired just because you applied.
Youll have to prove you can run the pitch .
If you can deliver it clean, most people see results within a couple weeks.
If you cant, this probably isnt the right fit.
The work
- Door knocking all day
- Talking with homeowners about comfort, energy bills, and attic issues
- Setting inspections for experienced closers
- No leads handed to you
- Experienced D2D reps who want a better operation
- People who dont need babysitting
- People who show up and do the work theyre gifted at doing
