2nd Shift - Event Cleaning

Job Title: Late-Night Event Cleaning Associate

Location: Hartford, WI

Schedule: Part-time; 2-6 shifts per month. Primarily day shift M-F, some weekends. Schedule is provided 1 month in advance

Pay: $20.00 / Hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Late-Night Cleaning Associates to clean and reset the event hall after events. This role is essential to ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and ready for the next day's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean event spaces after events, including floors, tables, chairs, and common areas
• Break down and reset rooms according to post-event instructions
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Wipe down surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Properly store cleaning supplies and equipment
• Report any damage, safety concerns, or maintenance needs

Qualifications:

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work late-night hours after events
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift and move tables, chairs, and equipment (up to 40-50 lbs )
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Work Environment:

• Indoor event hall and restroom areas
• Fast-paced cleanup following events
• Late-night and weekend shifts required
