An established pharmaceutical organisation is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth across an ADHD portfolio, covering a mix of branded and generic medicines across Ireland.

This is a national, field‑based role with a strong emphasis on account leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and territory ownership, offering the opportunity to make a real impact in a high‑priority therapeutic area.
Responsibilities- Take full ownership of an all‑Ireland territory, driving performance across branded and generic ADHD products
- Develop and execute strategic key account and territory plans aligned to national objectives
- Build strong relationships with HCPs, key decision‑makers, and influencers across hospital and community settings
- Work closely with medical, marketing, market access, and supply chain teams to deliver coordinated activity
- Support pre‑launch, launch, and post‑launch initiatives to maximise uptake and long‑term growth
- Gather and translate customer insights into actionable commercial strategies
- Deliver against agreed KPIs while operating to the highest standards of compliance and professionalism
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or senior sales professional within pharmaceuticals
- Experience within CNS, ADHD, mental health, or specialist xcfaprz therapy areas highly desirable
- Strong understanding of branded and generic market dynamics
- Comfortable managing a large, national territory with a high level of autonomy
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix, cross‑functional environment
- Commercially driven, self‑motivated, and highly organised
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills
