Job Purpose
The Business Reporting Senior Analyst directly supports leadership visibility, operational performance management, and decision‑making across North America Financial Services (NA FS). This position is central to continuous improvement of reporting systems, data quality, and advancement of analytics maturity within the organization. Primarily responsible for managing the pipeline of projects for NA FS, coordinating with Global Centers of Excellence (CoEs such as Global Business Reporting, Data & Analytics, FP & A, etc.), and rapidly responding to NA FS business reporting, ad‑hoc, and troubleshooting requests.
This position is eligible for our
hybrid
work model working three (3) days on‑site in our offices in
Waterford, WI
and two (2) days remote/home office.
Key Responsibilities
Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, and other stakeholders.
Synthesize current business intelligence and trend data to support recommendations and business decision‑making.
Document specifications for business intelligence reports, dashboards, or other outputs.
Manage timely and accurate delivery of reporting and business intelligence outputs to end users.
Support maintenance or updates to business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods in coordination with systems CoEs.
Provide technical support for existing Power BI, Cognos, Qlik, and other reporting tools.
Create or review technical design documentation to ensure accurate development of reporting solutions.
Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering Teams to design BI tools, semantic models, database structures, and reporting outputs.
Document technical specifications, data requirements, business rules, and metadata enhancements.
Disseminate information regarding reporting updates, tools changes, or data governance modifications.
Conduct or coordinate testing activities to ensure reporting solutions meet defined requirements.
Validate data quality, confirm metric accuracy, and ensure consistency across systems.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions across cross‑functional teams.
Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline
8+ years experience
Databricks‑SQL & PySpark
Power BI – reports, data modeling, DAX
Data Modeling – star schema, semantic layers
Advanced Excel – formulas, automation, data validation
ETL/Data Pipelines – understanding data flows and dependencies
SharePoint – content and access management
Preferred Qualifications
Python
AI development and automation tools
Project management and cross‑functional coordination
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Data storytelling and communication of complex insights
Data governance best practices and KPI standardization
Experience serving as a technical lead
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $84,375.00 – $123,750.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
