Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

The role involves performing essential urologic procedures including cystoscopy and dilation, with no robotics required. Physicians are expected to conduct rounding during the week on post-operative patients and consults when on day call, ensuring continuity of care.

Schedule and Assignment Details

This opportunity requires commitment to one weekend per month, with 24-hour call coverage from Friday morning through Monday morning. This ongoing need provides stability and allows for continuity in patient care. Physicians can expect to manage an average of 1-5 callback hours during their shifts, ensuring a manageable workload while delivering high-quality care.

Support and Work Environment

Work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals including 3 registered nurses and 1 certified nursing assistant, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes patient-centered care. Qualifications

• Board Certified in Urology preferred; Board Eligible within 5 years from residency will be considered.
• Possession of a North Dakota medical license is highly preferred.
• Mandatory Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation.
• Submission of case logs for review during the presentation and offer stages.
