• Open ICU

• 2 nocturnists on per night

• ICU Coverage

• Cross-cover ICU (split between floor and ICU call)

• Call the in-house nocturnist/intensivist as needed

• Always someone available to assist

• Advance plan of care, not just monitor

• Rapids & Codes

• Dedicated rapid response team will contact you

• ER responds to codes you take over and lead

• Workload

• 10 patient encounters per night

• 8 12 admissions (average 8 10)

• Handoff patients to ER if needed

• $455,000 Base Salary

• $10,000 Annual Quality Bonus
