Program Overview The Training Services Summer Internship Program offers undergraduate and graduate students an opportunity to gain work experience in a non‑profit organization. During the 10‑week program, students receive training and develop their skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced professionals. The 2026 Summer Internship program will run from Monday, June 1, 2026, and conclude on Friday, August 7, 2026.
Role Business Analytics Intern will be responsible for supporting Product Analytics processes, data analysis projects, recurring reporting, and FY27 planning efforts. This role will be key in providing additional support to the Product Analytics team within Training Services Business Analytics as well as supporting Product Operations. Intern will work directly with the Senior Product Analyst supporting Business Analytics processes and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with analyzing geographical training data over multiple years to identify regional trends, shifts in participation, and emerging areas of growth or decline.
Collect and analyze data on Training Services products from internal and external sources.
Assist with the development of reports and other informational materials presented to management.
Review current data analysis processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
Become a subject matter expert on Training Services structure, processes, and business analytics practices.
Utilize PowerBi, Salesforce and other data applications for analysis support.
Schedule & Compensation Standard schedule: Monday‑Friday standard business hour. Salary: $20.00 an hour.
Minimum Qualifications
High School or equivalent required. Internship is typically part of an undergraduate program which requires some university credit hours.
Up to 1 year of related experience.
Skills & Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to research and analyze data to identify trends.
Ability to work on a team.
Travel: Ability to travel to attend in‑person meetings 10‑20%.
Preferred Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a 4‑year College/University. Business, finance, economics, and other quantitative majors are strongly preferred.
Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint is required. Experience with Salesforce CRM, PowerBi and/or data warehouse reporting systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP) is a plus.
