Compensation:
$110,000 – $140,000

Responsibilities
Partner with supply chain stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Translate operational needs into functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
Identify and support process automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and configuration assistance for D365 SCM users.
Support system testing, deployments, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Evaluate new D365 SCM features and recommend enhancements aligned to business goals.
Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, operations, and leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
3–5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems in a Business Analyst or similar role.
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain is required.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, workflows, and KPIs.
Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred.
Proven ability to gather requirements, support system enhancements, and drive process improvements.
