Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Software Design Engineer in Test 1 to join their team. As a Software Design Engineer in Test 1, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the consumer and enterprise identity services teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title Software Design Engineer in Test 1
Location Remote, but candidates must be located in Redmond, WA, and will need to pick up testing devices from Studio A.
Pay Range 30/hr W2 + Benefits (NO C2C)
What's the Job?
Execute manual test scripts to ensure product quality and functionality.
Identify and report product anomalies and bugs during testing phases.
Participate in bug bashes and build validation activities to verify project readiness.
Perform exploratory testing to validate new features and updates.
Assist in modernizing consumer identity experiences and implementing new products like External ID (Siam).
What's Needed?
Minimum 1-2 years of experience with testing tools such as Fiddler.
Experience testing web applications across various browsers.
Hands-on experience testing on Android and iOS devices.
Basic proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Strong investigative and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn quickly.
