Responsibilities
Sell Wetwall family of products by building and cultivating solid relationships with distributors, wholesalers, builders, remodelers, installers, and key accounts in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain mutually beneficial working business relationships and be actively involved in industry associations such as the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
Sell Wetwall products by effectively servicing local business partners:
Proactively plan and schedule sales calls.
Ensure market development by developing quarterly and annual territory sales plans.
Accurately collect and update customer and project information through CRM daily.
Maintain a high level of business, financial, and industry expertise to advise clients effectively.
Collaborate with Sales & Specification Reps on active prospects and projects.
Drive product placement through vignettes, samples, and marketing materials.
Provide customer service to end users with comprehensive product knowledge.
Promote the Wetwall family of products by educating and representing the brand:
Present product knowledge materials to business partners, remodelers, installers, and builders, as well as distributors/dealers.
Educate them on product attributes and differentiators.
Help them understand the value, quality, and history of the brand.
Understand and present sales and marketing programs and materials.
Stay informed on industry standards, regulatory codes, and competitive landscape.
Use all social media channels Wilsonart participates in to promote the brand.
Sell Wilsonart through a continual organized and professional presence in the local market:
Be available to meet with customers daily and at events, sometimes outside normal business hours.
Travel within an established territory to build relationships and attend trade shows and associations.
Maintain business expense receipts and submit expense reports for reimbursement.
Qualifications
Experience in the K&B industry is a plus.
Previous B2B sales experience is a plus.
Strong business knowledge and financial acumen.
Proven track record of being customer‑focused with a professional demeanor.
Ability to build strong professional relationships and proven sales track record.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Superior organizational and follow‑up skills.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and fiscal responsibility.
Must be able to work out of home as needed and work extended hours, nights, and weekends.
Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent substitution up to four years).
Minimum of two years of experience in B2B sales or marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Concur, CRM preferred.
Travel: 40‑50% overnight; travel to customers, trade shows, associations, and training in Texas.
Physical: Able to lift up to 50 lbs to deliver samples and trade show materials.
