The Director of Development at the client is a senior executive role responsible for leading and enhancing all fundraising endeavors. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and collaborates to design a comprehensive national fundraising strategy. The Director's core tasks include deepening donor engagement, managing donor relationships, and expanding revenue streams from various sources. The role involves creating and executing an annual fundraising plan that incorporates major gifts, corporate and foundation partnerships, grants, sponsorships, and planned giving. Close collaboration with the Executive Director and Board of Directors is essential to maximize fundraising efforts and broaden donor engagement across the nation.
