Key Responsibilities
Support the organization's needs by providing analytical support and actionable insights and strategies for existing and new opportunities. Work closely with internal associates and members to aid in the development of business strategies beneficial to our constituents Utilize advanced analytical techniques to explore large datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights. Conduct ad hoc analysis as required to support business initiatives, address specific inquiries, and solve complex business problems. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop automated reporting mechanisms to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence, data visualization, and predictive analytics. Recommend ways/methods to improve efficiency and productivity. Support the department manager by leading or assisting in additional projects and assignments. Assist in the design and develop visually compelling Tableau dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand multi-dimensional business needs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment Demonstrated analytical skills and logical reasoning Ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels and within a team environment Ability to effectively manage several tasks simultaneously and to work under tight deadlines Excellent group presentation skills Required Qualifications
MBA or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field. 3-5 years professional experience in business intelligence, supply chain, data analysis, and visualization Experience with Tableau/Power BI Experience or knowledge of advanced database concepts and SQL Preferred Qualifications
Distribution experience with a focus on analytics Tableau certification(s) and experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI) are a plus. ASCM/APICS Certifications are a plus
