Key Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle from concept through design, construction, CQV, and handover
Manage capital projects executed via CMOs and EPC/EPCM partners
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GxP, EHS, and engineering standards
Oversee project controls including cost, schedule, risk, and governance
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, validation, and supply chain
Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, Mechanical or similar)
10–15+ years delivering xcfaprz capital projects in pharma/biotech environments
Strong knowledge of API manufacturing, GMP, and validation principles
Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments and external partners
