With our new EU Centre of Excellence in Cork and a growing US presence, we’re looking for engineers who want to build the "Integration Hub" of the future.

As a Software Engineer, you will:

• Architect & Build: Develop AI-native features and integrations for platforms like Jira, ServiceNow, and Slack.
  
• Ship Daily: Participate in a high-velocity environment utilizing CI/CD and daily release cycles.
  
• Solve Complexity: Use TypeScript, Node.js, and React to create seamless, chat-native support experiences.
  
• Scale the Stack: Work across our AWS infrastructure to ensure performance and reliability.

• The "Shipper" Mindset: A pragmatic approach to coding—you know when a solution is "good enough" to provide value.
  
• Problem Solvers: You enjoy breaking down large, ambiguous problems into executable tasks.
  
• Communication: Ability to thrive in a remote-first, distributed team across the US and Ireland.

• Experience with Python or SQL is a major plus.
