Direct Exposure to Board & Executive Leadership
Take on a Senior MI Manager role where you will lead performance insight, governance, and executive-level reporting across a complex, business-critical IT landscape. This is a fast-paced, highly visible position, partnering closely with the CITO and senior stakeholders to deliver Board-level reporting, portfolio intelligence, and KPI oversight across technology delivery, operations, risk, and financials.

As a senior MI leader, you will work with a high degree of autonomy, engaging with IT, Change, Finance, and Risk leaders to enhance visibility, optimise investment decisions, and improve overall portfolio performance.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality Executive and Board reporting with clear business impact
Shape and embed governance practices across the IT portfolio
Develop and refine KPIs, dashboards, and MI frameworks
Act as the key liaison for all CITO reporting requirements
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across technology and the wider business
Improve and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and insight
Promote xcfaprz transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making
Skills / Experience
Demonstrated experience producing Executive or Board-level reporting
Strong understanding of IT functions, including delivery, operations, cyber, and governance
Proven ability to design, implement, and manage KPI and performance frameworks
