• Leading all HV switching activities and acting as the site's electrical authority
  
• Managing and coordinating planned & reactive maintenance in a critical environment
  
• Driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across plant operations
  
• Acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all electrical systems on site
  
• Overseeing contractors and vendors, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance
  
• Supporting root cause analysis, fault finding, and system optimisation
  
• Playing a key role in projects, upgrades, and operational strategy

• Proven experience as a Senior Authorised Person (SAP)
  
• Strong background in HV switching & electrical maintenance

• Experience working in critical or high-availability environments
  
• Confident managing contractors and technical stakeholders
  
• Familiarity with SCADA / CMMS systems
  
• Electrical qualification (trade or engineering level)
