You will play a key role in coordinating delivery, ensuring alignment across projects, and supporting the successful execution of platform releases.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
Drive delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams within the LIMS programme
Align project timelines with overall release schedules
Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery
Work closely with Product Analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders
Track progress, risks, and dependencies across the programme
Ensure consistent application of Agile best practices
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager within Agile environments
Experience delivering projects within LIMS, laboratory systems, or life sciences environments
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience managing delivery across multiple xcfaprz teams or streams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
Exposure to LabVantage or other LIMS platforms
Experience within pharmaceutical or regulated environments
Experience supporting system upgrades or transformation programmes
Familiarity with integration-heavy environments (e.g. SAP, MES)
