Operations Manager - Wealth Management

Our client is a highly successful wealth management brokerage renowned for delivering bespoke financial planning and exceptional, high-touch client service. As the firm continues to expand, they are looking to appoint a high‑calibre Operations Manager to their team.

This is a pivotal position where your primary objective will be to drive operational excellence while actively supporting sales and elevating key client relationships. This role is tailor‑made for a hands‑on professional with a robust background in life, pensions, and investments administration within a fast‑paced brokerage or wealth management environment.

• Play a central role in elevating the client experience, ensuring that operational workflows directly enhance the customer journey and support client retention.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders, high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and external life company/provider partners.
• Actively support the firm's sales function by ensuring the administration and operational frameworks can seamlessly handle increased business volume and pipeline execution.
• Proactively identify new business leads.

• Extensive operational and administrative experience within financial services, specifically drawn from a wealth management, comprehensive financial planning, or high-volume life and pensions brokerage environment.
• A deep, technical understanding of complex pension structures, life assurance, investment products, and broader wealth management solutions.
• Holding relevant financial services qualifications; the Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of enabling business growth and supporting sales through operational efficiency.
