We are currently seeking an experienced
Senior Quantity Surveyor
to join a
Tier 1 contractor
delivering a major energy infrastructure project based in
Dublin .
This is a key commercial role on a high-profile programme, offering the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale works within a highly regulated environment.
The Role:
Manage subcontract procurement, administration, and final accounts
Drive cost control, forecasting, and reporting
Handle variations, change management, and contract compliance
Work closely with project delivery teams and key stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on
large infrastructure projects
Background in
energy, transmission & distribution, xcfaprz or data centres
is highly desirable
Strong understanding of commercial governance and contract management (NEC or similar)
Experience working with Tier 1 contractors or major projects
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-value project environment
