Nurse Practitioner Full-Time Part-Time

A well-established, multi-location medical practice in the heart of Suffolk County is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team.
We are looking for a motivated provider who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical exams
  
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
  
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
  
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans
  
• Provide patient education and preventive care counseling
  
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
  
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
  

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
  
• Board certification (Family, Adult, or relevant specialty)
  
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
  
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
