Who We're Looking For

• Licensure : Active CA license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Experience :

  • Ideally a “plug-and-play” provider who can hit the ground running

  • Open to new grads with the right fit and confidence

• Language : Spanish fluency is a plus (not required)

• Tech-Savvy : Must be comfortable using EHR systems

• Personality Fit : Adaptable, team-oriented, and ready for a busy clinical pace

• Local candidates preferred (no relocation assistance currently available)

About the Role & Setting

• Practice Setting : Single-site outpatient clinic — no travel required

• Team : Join a close-knit team of one physician and one APP

• Patient Volume : Target of 22+ patients per 10-hour shift

• Start Timeline : Urgent need due to current provider departure (October 27)
