Clinical & Leadership Responsibilities
The NP/PA will serve as the primary clinical practitioner while also helping to:
- Conduct patient consultations focused on mens health optimization
- Review laboratory results and medical history
- Develop and prescribe personalized treatment plans
- Manage testosterone therapy protocols
- Oversee erectile dysfunction and regenerative therapy programs
- Perform injections and PRP procedures when appropriate
- Support patient education and shared treatment decision-making
- Overseeing medical staff
- Supporting day-to-day clinic workflow
- Maintaining high standards of patient experience
- Collaborating with the Medical Director on clinical protocols
Clinicians will work with modern mens health and wellness therapies including:
- Testosterone optimization therapy
- Erectile dysfunction treatment programs
- Shockwave therapy (GAINSWave)
- PRP regenerative procedures
- GLP-1 medical weight management
- Peptide therapy
- Vitamin and wellness injection programs

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active California license in good standing
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- 2+ years clinical experience preferred
- Medical aesthetics or med spa medicine
- TRT or hormone therapy clinics
- Functional or concierge medicine
- Weight optimization programs
- Wellness or longevity medicine
- $90 $100 per hour
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
