Title: Nurse Practitioner – Orthopedic Pain Management (Flexible PT)

About the Role Freeman Orthopedics & Pain Center  is an expanding Orthopedic Pain Practice seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and screenings.
  
• Diagnose complex health issues and develop multi-modal treatment plans

         Maintain accurate, timely patient records and treatment notes.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of New Jersey (Required).
  
• Credentials: Valid DEA license for controlled substances.
  
• Compliance: Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA standards.
  
• Bonus: Previous experience working or rounding in a SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) is a major plus.
