Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Fountain of You MD | Virginia Beach & Chesapeake

2–3 Days Per Week | Opportunity to Advance to Full-Time

Fountain of You MD is a concierge hormone and wellness practice seeking a confident and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team.

We practice proactive, encouraging, impactful, and restorative medicine. Our patients are motivated, engaged, and committed to optimizing their health. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, critical thinking, and building long-term patient relationships.

Our Clinical Focus

• Hormone Replacement Therapy (men’s and women’s)
• Testosterone therapy and hormone optimization
• Metabolic health and medical weight management
• Peptide therapy
• Lab and symptom-driven optimization and preventative wellness programs
• Some in-office procedures

Our primary emphasis is hormone and wellness medicine.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
• Interpret labs and manage hormone and metabolic treatment plans
• Develop and adjust individualized protocols based on clinical response
• Manage follow-up care and long-term patient outcomes
• Perform in-office procedures
• Educate and empower patients to take ownership of their health
• Collaborate with our Medical Director while maintaining day-to-day clinical autonomy

This role is ideal for a provider who is comfortable making clinical decisions, managing treatment plans independently, and practicing with confidence.

No on-call responsibilities. No weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Board certified
• Active, unrestricted Virginia license
• 1+ year of clinical experience preferred
• Experience in hormone therapy, men’s/women’s health, metabolic medicine, or wellness-focused care strongly preferred
• Comfort interpreting labs and managing ongoing treatment plans
• Will train a motivated, growth-oriented clinician with strong foundational skills
• Professional, personable, and able to build long-term patient trust

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• 2–3 days per week to start with strong opportunities for schedule expansion
• No weekends
• No call

We value balance and believe providers do their best work when they have time to recharge.

Compensation & Benefits

• $68–$78 per hour , based on experience
• Malpractice coverage
• Ongoing training
• Once full-time, additional benefits include PTO, 70% employer-paid health/dental/vision, and Simple IRA with company contribution after one year
