Your Responsibilities

• Lead and support your medical team in delivering high-quality patient care.
  
• Collaborate closely with attending physicians to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment plans.
  
• Coordinate effectively with patients’ families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  
• Manage a diverse range of acute, chronic, and post-surgical conditions across various clinical environments.
  

We're Excited About You if You Have:

• An active New York State Nurse Practitioner License
  
• Experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (preferred, but not required)
  
• Previous experience in rehabilitation or healthcare settings (advantageous, but we’re eager to train the right candidate!)
  
• A collaborative spirit, excellent communication, and strong leadership abilities
  

Salary & Incentives:

• Competitive base salary of $130,000 - $160,000 annually
  
• Excellent incentive pay opportunities (potential to earn $180,000+ per year!)
