Nurse Practitioner Physician Assistant

Job Description

Axis Healthcare is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Tulsa clinic near Tulsa Hills .

This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys family medicine , is interested in pain management and addiction medicine , and wants to be part of a collaborative, integrated care team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide family medicine and primary care services
• Manage patients in pain management and Suboxone treatment (training provided)
• Evaluate and manage GLP-1 weight loss therapies
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, behavioral health, and clinic staff
• Build long-term relationships with patients
• Document visits efficiently and accurately in the EMR

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Active Oklahoma license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Interest in pain management, addiction medicine, and weight management
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Experience preferred, but training provided for Suboxone and specialty areas

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday schedule
• No nights or weekends
