*Who This Role Is For*

* Have solid experience in automotive repair (3–6+ years)
* Can handle most mechanical work independently

*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Performing repairs and maintenance across all major systems
* Completing *thorough digital inspections on every vehicle*
* Following a structured workflow and shop process
* *Owning jobs from start to finish and keeping bays moving efficiently*
* Working in a clean, organized *state-of-the-art facility*
* Supporting higher-level diagnostics by maintaining strong production flow
* Participating in *weekly paid training* and ongoing development
You will play a key role in keeping the shop running efficiently and allowing the entire team to perform at a high level.
