What You Will Be Doing
Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling.
Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who may be determining design opportunities and deal with existing business challenges; ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value‑added services.
Requires experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment; extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
Develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market full set of Arrow offerings incorporating in‑depth knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines.
Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service; lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.
Promote and sell the value‑add, supply chain, and full life‑cycle programs offered by Arrow; proficient in sales tracking systems, SalesForce.com, Oracle Establish and build relationships with key suppliers.
Participate in a sales compensation plan; this position is a 60/40 split, the OTE number posted below includes commission.
Drive net‑new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting, ecosystem engagement, and partner‑led demand creation.
Own early‑stage opportunity development from first contact through qualification, ensuring only high‑quality, viable opportunities advance.

Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Incumbent has demonstrated self‑starter mentality with a proven ability to independently identify, pursue, and develop net‑new business opportunities.
Work Arrangement If located in the Denver area, this position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home. If located elsewhere, the position will be fully remote. Employee must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Hiring Range $100K-$130K OTE (60/40 split, includes commission). Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
Location US-CO-Denver, Colorado (Panorama Arrow Building). Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work‑related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
