The manager is responsible for the integrity of operational data relating to products and suppliers, for all the company’s requirements.

Within their role, the MDM manager works closely with the merchandising sector. This cooperation ensures that all data related to products and suppliers, as well as the parameters of commercial agreements, align with the strategy set by the merchandiser.

He/she also ensures compliance with the parameters specific to various related business units, including the legal department, supply chain, logistics, importation, store operations, and finance. This coordination guarantees coherence and compliance in data management, in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

The manager is responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle, carries out product maintenance processes, and actively participates in efforts to improve these processes. They also collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve continuous improvements.

Your Role :
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary team in data management for products and suppliers.

  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures to continually optimise the efficiency and integrity of data.

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the improvement of IT systems and set priorities in data management.

  • Prioritise the team’s work to meet established deadlines.

  • Take an active part in various company projects and initiatives, and set their timelines.

  • Develop dashboards to measure the effectiveness and quality of data and the team.

  • Actively participate in the professional development of resources under their responsibility.
