As a Financial Services Representative, you will work directly with clients to assess financial needs and provide insurance and protection strategies. New York Life offers comprehensive training, licensing support, and resources to help you succeed in this role.

Compensation & Benefits• $89,000 – $120,000 expected earnings at plan (performance-based)

• Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable building relationships and developing new business opportunities
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools
Preferred but not required:
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Background in insurance, financial services, or related industries
• Active Life and Health insurance license (licensing assistance available for qualified candidates)
