On behalf of our client, we are conducting a search for a Lead Financial Advisor to anchor and grow an emerging presence in the Stamford or Greenwich area.

This opportunity is designed for a CFP or CFA who wants to deliver sophisticated planning and relationship leadership without the pressure of bringing a portable book of business. A transferable book is not required.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role offers the ability to function as a true Personal CFO for high net worth and ultra high net worth clients. The advisor will serve as the primary relationship lead and will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive wealth management strategies aligned with clients long term life and financial objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead complex, holistic financial planning engagements across investments, tax strategy, estate planning, retirement planning, and risk management
• Serve as the senior relationship quarterback for client households
• Collaborate with internal specialists and external professionals to deliver integrated solutions
• Build meaningful presence within the Stamford and Greenwich professional community
• Develop referral relationships with custodial and professional partners
• Mentor and collaborate with a local service team to ensure exceptional client experience
