What Youll Be Doing
Providing on-site care at Assisted Living Facilities and Independent Senior Living Apartments across Middle Tennessee
Working part-time or full-timeyour choice!
Locations include Hendersonville, Nashville, Brentwood, Green Hills, Franklin, Bellevue, Antiochand new opportunities pop up all the time

Compensation & Perks
$35-$45 per completed visit (paid bi-monthly)
Optional call coverage: $500/pay period ($1000/month)
$1/minute for non-visit work on non-visit days
Malpractice insurance available if needed

What Youll Need
Tennessee medical license and active DEA
Laptop and smartphone
Experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plusbut not required
Passion for working with older adults (well support you with training and geriatric expertise)
This is a 1099 independent contractor role, so benefits arent includedbut autonomy, purpose, and a supportive team absolutely are.
