Requirements o f the Nurse Practitioner :

• Must have an active NY State License
• Must be Board Certified as a WHNP
• Open to new grads (for Part-time applicants, must have experience in the specialty)

• The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 / yr
• This is a Full-time Part-time, or Per-Diem position (minimum of 2 days a week)
