Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure in Pennsylvania.
  • Strong knowledge of respiratory health and chronic disease management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
