Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

Medical Solutions Consultants LLC is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative healthcare team. This is a contractual (1099) position. You’ll work alongside Dr. Sheryl Neelankavil, providing comprehensive care through our remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, and telemedicine programs across assisted living facilities, group homes, and skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Administer injections, immunizations and other medical procedures
• Assess patients health through interviews and physical examinations
• Provide medical treatment to patients
• Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
• Develop and implement patient management plans
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Support remote patient monitoring programs using advanced healthcare technology platforms.
• Conduct patient assessments across multiple care facilities in your area
• Collaborate with care coordination teams to manage chronic disease patients
• Utilize telemedicine platforms to provide accessible care
• Document patient encounters in EMR systems

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a PA/NP
• Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
